I was quoted abt Rm23k inclusive 5'x22' with ceiling & roof tiles, 3 units aluminium sliding windows, labour for laying wall tiles & floor tiles, install 4 units tap in/outlet points, and construct a 13' concrete table(with labour lay tiles). Tiles are excluded. Is the price ok? What will be the different if just want to use awning only? |

Can save 10k, that is a lot. Not planning to upgrade future expansion. My parents house is using awning, i guess already more than 10 years no any leaking. Yes agreed may feel a bit heat, is fine for me. |
