not using usb hub... and weird thing is that the mouse need to install on every usb, total 4 and need install 4 times if pluck on different usb hole

Got other computer to test with ?

I'm find that the power adapter when plugged in, battery charging while playing game, it got very very hot. like a hot water glass. Is that normal?
mine is U41SV.

Adapters are always hot

But it got so hot till you can't hold it for long. this doesn't happen to the other notebook power adapters i've used. it's so hot that i can't even put it into the bag immediately. have to let it cool off for awhile.

hot till can cook egg on it? well, adapter owez hot leh... you mean hot that hot than other adpter? mine oso hot leh... when 1st time use... then till now, normal.. not that hot..

adapter also need to burn in?

well, then i'll see if it does become less hot after some time. no issues reported before that adapters melted or exploded right? (touchwood)

small nevermind bro, as long as same volt and approve by manufacture.. usually small adpter gv less power... cz see my fren, acer brand la... same model, jz different GPU.. the model that complete with nvidia gt big adapter while the ati gt small adpter.... comparing the volt oso different... dunnoe how asus cz rare people use it.. can count how many people use asus at my campus

i went to the mines today to check on whether they got stock for n43sl or not.too bad one of the shop said tomorrow will arrive and the other one said next week will arrive.no chance for me to molest it first.

Can try it on safe mode ? See if same problem occur or not...

It gets hot when it's drawing more power like when you're gaming or when it's charging. When you're not doing much, then it sips less power causing less heat.

please help me!!! my asus u41sv got this sound problem. when ym sounds appear or while im listening to song or watching movies then suddenly my pc gone mute. omg..

plus, when im shut down my pc it takes long time. When I on it back it says blue screen something. Hmmmm... Asus giving me lots of headache..

I think the ASUS adapters are pretty hot...compared to Dell.

u try recover back ur laptop to its original condition when u on it for the first time..in other word, reformat back using asus recover cd or just pressing F9..

or u can try update ur bios to the latest one..

already tried updating the bios. same thing.

I called Asus hotline and the operator said maybe speaker problem. She speaks as though she already know what my problem is when I told her my laptop model. Kinda shocked man!! Hahaha. She ask me to send to service center at Jalan Imbi. Haiyaa.. 2 weeks lappy can still have lot's of problem.

Can you download BlueScreenView from my sig and see if got anything when you open it ?
