how long do we need to charge the bb for first time charging ?

how do i transfer all my bb pin actually ? i've tried restore bb pin from bb desktop software, but it doesn't seems working right...

i've a question, i've restored my bb group using bb desktop. but i wonder why it didn't show recovering, only my contacts are there. is it anything to do with the service book and purged message ? coz i restored everything except that 2 things. thanks
