He should be able to advice you about the "ponding". According to the person we bought the unit from, the warranty period is extended for another year.
Am not Chinese, so don't really understand much about "feng shui".
Agree that the entrance and exit is a bit weird, so we hope the current management will do some improvements.

When was the VP of this project? Cannot be using the sinking fund to repiant so soon, rite?

If die die must buy Subang condo, Olives can be still worth for consideration since it was 30-40% cheaper than it's neighbours condo which is walking distance away.

But, Phase 2 SOHO units? Still got land to build Phase 2?
