But if a condo left vacant for too long, the conditions will turn bad, not to mention not good in terms of fengshui. How much is the developer price psf now?
Subang Olives, Is this condo good for investment?

Sometimes, a risky situation can give handsome return. Wonder whether this one worth further research or not. I dont know much about Fengshui but judging from the access, it is not so convenient to get into this condo. Location wise is ideal as I would rather stay here (which is abit quieter) vs the other side of Empire Mall.

QUOTE(daneres @ Dec 7 2012, 11:17 AM) Just bought a unit almost 1900 sq.feet, for just over RM 400.00 per sq.ft. Will move in latest Jan 2013. So far the units seem very airy and bright. High tension wires quite a distance away. Definitely among the cheapest condo in Subang area. Not too far or inconvenient from amenities. Interesting to note on a purchaser of this condo. As I'm aware not many units are occupied. Will update once I move in. Please share more once you've moved in later. |
