I dont know about you guys but the quality for razer products is seriously disappointing! 1st. Bought my Razer Mamba on November 2010. Stop working on February 2011. and has been replaced with a new one and still using until now. 2nd. Bought my Razer Arctosa on december 2010. Became silly only a month later. It suddenly typing'////////////////////' everytime im trying to type something on the keyboard. its so annoying. Replaced with Logitech product after that. The only product im fully satisfied is my razer scarab. Lucky the mouse pad doesn't connect to the computer. if not, the fella also probably got the same problem.

QUOTE(DarkEmotion88 @ Aug 11 2011, 09:23 AM) the scarab would flex/bend if exposed to heat in a period of time(direct sunlight & etc). Well, that makes razer products are super faulty aren't they?. I keep all my stuff neat and nicely especially when i bought it more than 100 bucks e.g razer. If the products are kept nicely and working normally I will be satisfied, but the problems came when all things kept nicely, but became faulty. so sad~

QUOTE(zandara @ Aug 11 2011, 11:04 AM) Maybe its depends on luck. I wish my Mamba stop working now and replace a new one lol.... cos its so sticky now. So far, Razer failed me almost all types of product except headphone(Razer Orca only:) ) See. I can expect another unhappy customer around. It seems like razer didn't actually care about the build quality. instead, they are focusing on the product designs, box and performance. Don't get me wrong, I love razer products. in fact I love any products that put emphasize on the designs. Just that, make sure the build quality is on par with others. Make it durable, so people can appreciate more. I'm thinking of getting razer onza next on the list, but i read many people complaining the controller stop working/ faulty after a month or two.

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Aug 11 2011, 11:54 AM) To be frank, i also feel razer product quality is a bit on the low side. But i still use them for the technology and egornomic design. Yeap. We are more less the same. I still interested because of the product designs. and myb its technology in some cases. QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Aug 11 2011, 12:09 PM) seems to me they're like the F1 car engine, they work great... for one season.. then they are obsolete Agreed with this one.

QUOTE(rave963 @ Aug 11 2011, 03:52 PM) Razer been giving loads of ppl a let down =( .. Sad. If things going on like this, in the next 3-4 years they might 'gulung tikar'. but that's not gonna happen. people will still buy their products despite the flaw. The design is too awesome to be left out.

I can see im heading into the same direction as yours. I almost lost faith with razer the moment my keyboard and mouse failed me. wait. , so u guys were saying that ALL of razer products in malaysia are made from china?. * checking my mamba * oh shi- - -

QUOTE(Sky.Live @ Aug 13 2011, 07:55 PM) Everything is Made in China la.. Quality is more likely your QC demand rather than location of manufacturing plant.. Yeah. nothing to do with location actually. If location in Malaysia also, still not guaranteed good quality.
