It's using brown cherry switches compared to the blue on the current Black Widow which is more silent.
And by the looks of it , the stealth comes with a matte black finish.

There are no such thing certain switches outperform any switches, switches are fully depends on preference, some people like blue some people like brown, and so does red or black.

Q. What type of mechanical key switch do the Razer BlackWidow mechanical gaming keyboards use?
A. The Razer BlackWidow Stealth edition keyboards use the tactile Cherry MX Brown mechanical key switches, while the Razer BlackWidow keyboards use tactile and clicky Cherry MX Blue mechanical key switches.
Each of the mechanical switches have been sorted prior to manufacture to adhere to a strict design guideline.

Pardon me, Im kinda new to mechanical keyboard. The ''tactile'' is actually meaning for what ?? I understand ''clicky'' is the sound.

Tactile means when you pressed the key, there is a "bump" kind of feedback to your finger to signals you that you have pressed that key.
Clicky on the other hand means the sound feedback to signals you that the specific key is being pressed.
Basically there are 2 feedbacks:

Tactile = physical feedback
Clicky = audio feedback
