I'd like to share a few of my neighbour and my own experience on this COVA SUITE Kondo @ Kota Damansara !!!

Anyone out there are living at this so called 'luxury condominium' ????

For me i think whoever investment buyer or tenant shall think twice on this COVA SUITE !!

1) screw up management

2) scew up security

3) screw up common facility

4) screw up parking facility

** mind you imagine you have to life your both feets up to 22nd floor without elevators? (several times)

i am 200% sure i am not only the owner comment these issue to the roof and the failure issues keep coming ... regret purchasing @ COVA SUITE!
