hi...
i just bought htc desire hd and i have a problem. it seems i cant connect my phone to my laptop and pc. i've tried it on several different pc and it still gives the same answer. USB Not Recognized. i also have download the sync software provided by HTC website. do u have any solution for my problem. please help as i really need to connect my phone to my pc so that i can exchange data. |

i am using windows 7 and my pc is using windows xp. btw the usb cable is ok... but it seems that i cannot connect the data. charging is ok thru usb
