Due to price increased, I called customer service to terminate Astro service on October 9th, was told that they need 1 month to prepare for account termination (meaning they will terminate only on November 9th). Till the end they still wanna leech my money one last time lol
Then, I received call from customer service saying that Astro values their customers and they offer package of RM60 to view all channels for 2 months. If I still feel like terminating the service after 2 months, they will do it immediately (meaning Astro really can terminate service on the spot, just that they don't want to).
When I asked why can't they just terminate my account now then, the CS just paused and said it's procedure. I still turned down the offer after he asked me to reconsider.
