After i waited for a week for the installer to call me on the upgrading to B.yond, but nobody call me. Finally, i called Astro n they gave me the contact no. for the installer assigned by them but the no. can't be contacted.

Complained to Astro again n this time I demand to look for another installer myself, but they not allow me to do so. N told me what they can do is to make a report on this matter, n say sorry to me ... i just need to wait again.

My decoder show "c100", n nothing on TV. I tried to switch to channel 103, nothing happen n decode still displaying c100. But if i take out the smart card, it will display error ask to insert smart card, n i can goto setting menu.

What's wrong with my Astro B.yond ? Decoder faulty ?
