then why are we paying the RM150 ? Is that RM150 for installer fee ?

i already call astro cs upgrade Super pack 2 by phone on last tuesday 7th june and tomorow morning already activited change channel can be watch sports my old package without sports
stilll havent arrived PVR now 6days daam late

After reading more, the RM150 is for Installation Fee of B.yond PVR decoder.. basically covers the 2 LNB and 2 x 20m RG-6 Coaxial cable.

You are referring to existing upgrade or new subscriber.. if new subscriber means 199 (installation charges) + 150 decoder rite? Sorry didnt read ur earlier posts.

My advice would be upgrade to normal byond set which is foc and then later upgrade to pvr then you pay RM150 for it, if still need to pay RM400 to upgrade from normal old decoder to PVR.

Does anyone have the equipment to check out most B.yond HD channel bitrate? I'd like to know...

@beebee: I think you dont need to pay anything for upgrade to SuperPack from old decoder (non B.yond type). Pay additional RM150 as installation fee if you get the B.yond PVR

Yang ASSP 2 HD tu mungkin siar sekali dengan perlawanan kat Bukit Jalil bln depan.

N bulan depan ada Copa America..so tu pun HD..anyways, ASSP HD really cannot meet the needs of HD sports before this..look at football last season..EPL was given priority becoz of the massive rights fee that astro needed to pay and im sure in the contract that they acquired, the Premier League wanted their matches to be shown as priority..that meant other leagues like Spanish La Liga and Italian Serie A only were in HD when ther was no EPL matches..so now ASSP HD 2 will help to try and cater the needs of football and other sports too..

n yes, Im thinking those matches Malaysia have with the EPL teams will be in HD..not only that, Im sure future Malaysian national team matches will also be in HD..Malaysia have World Cup qualifiers and Olympic qualifiers coming up too..

ye la..tp kan dh ada ASp HD tu..boleh siar kat sana..buat la chl local HD utk mlyu or india pny ke..kata x ckp space tp bole plak adakan ASP HD2..

macam xkenal astro..buat chnl local HD, xbleh nak charge lebih..masuk family package semua orang dpat tgok..astro buat chanel sport baru, masuk pacakge sport, dpat la dia untung..org langgan la pakej sport dia..astro pentingkan keuntungan bukan kepelbagaian..

lgpun, brape kerat je la local productions yg ada dlam format HD..? filem2 ada la..selain tue?

thats rite dxjb....our local film maker not equip with the HD thinggy....then if they upscale it, then people will bash again...am i rite?

When you call Astro CS, inform them during that phone call you need two (2) LNB for your ODU (aka dish)
