Don't understand why yu need another LNB for Byond PVR?
Fr wat I kno, PVR comes with its own dual output LNB & larger diam Sat Dish c/w 2 sets cables.

Correct me if I am wrong. You mean at your 1st house, the LNB only got 1 output. You should look at the LNB used for your Byond PVR at your 2nd house which should be 2-output or 3-output type LNB. So change the LNB at your 1st house to the same output type as the one at 2nd house which have more that one output. No need to get extra second LNB added to the first one at your 1st house. Even if you pay, I don't know whether astro installer willing to change it. Sorry, I don't know any independent (non-Astro seller) who sells such 3-output LNBs that are compatible with Astro Byond/Byond PVR.

Of course you can also use 2 LNBs on one dish and pointing at same angle of direction to MEASAT sat position, so its up to you.

From my 3rd floor window, I took a photo of my LNB installed outside on the 2nd floor. I have upgraded one of my 3 decoders to Byond (not PVR) last year. My Astro installer friend came and changed the dish to a slightly bigger size and replaced the single LNB to a 3-output one. My handphone shot is poor quality, hehe.

2 LNB placing side by side on a single dish is used for receiving signal from 2 different satellites located on different  geosychonous equatorial orbital (GEO) location, this can not be used on measat 3 and 3A since they are both located at  the same "91.5° East" location

for example you can use 2 LNB as shown by your picture above on a single dish to receive measat 3 at 91.5°E, and Thaicom 5 at 78.5°E

think about it, each satellite dish can only focuses one satellite signal at one point, if you move your LNB slightly off centre, you will be receiving other satellite's transmitted signal

the only easy way  to connect to your byond pvr is either change to 2-output LNB or install your extra dish
