ur rebel capsule looks great! how much did you pay for it?

RM99 last year at the IT store next to popular in ikano. it's more than 7 month now, the white doesn't changed a bit which is very good for a white TPU case. it's a bit thick but I don't mind cause I like the design very much and the nice grip. it protects the phone entirely even with caps for headset and charger openings (so no more dusts prob). comes with 2 good screen protectors too. very light too.

@sunyen, I also got a purple capsule rebel for iPhone 4. But the soft rubber layer, i made many scratches on it because the finger nails "hurt" it. But it's a damn hard casing, really hard to take off while it's easier to install...Protection is surely better than those thin casing cos it's double-layered. xD

Hey everyone, I want to know is this the first Batch ? And any defects found ?

the white iPhone 4 is probably the longest tested and improved same device by apple or any other companies (almost a year!). I guess most problems of initial manufacturing process been resolved overall.

here my $0.02 advice for those who is thinking of buying it (anyone have any useful points can help expand this list)

BUY IT IF:
1. You've been waiting to own an iPhone for years. There won't be an iPhone 5 in 2 months, earliest end of the year. WDCC in June will be about OSX Lion and iOS 5. Unless you can wait another 6+month, need 8MP camera or larger screen, this is the best time to buy.
2. You already have iPhone 4 Black for more than 6 months. If it is still in good condition, you can easily resell it with minimal lost. You will get a nice new phone with battery charge cycles reset back to zero, nice white color (if you like white, that is), better future resell value, improved screen rgb etc.
3. You seldom upgrade your phone, 2-3 years once. iPhone 4 with retina display compared to 3GS is a major leap in design and performance and next iPhone will have moderate upgrade. most importantly like any other Apple devices, you can upgrade to newer iOS day one it is available for the next few years.

DO NOT BUY IF:
1. You don't know the 'way' to do iPhone Bluetooth LOL
2. You recently bought iPhone 4. You don't need a new phone to replace a new phone. no point and waste time. unless you suddenly developed an aversion to black color. otherwise, wait for end of this year or early next year and stop reading this thread wink.gif
3.

probably it's the color, I hardly notice any scratches on mine. yes it's bit hard to take off but I seldom do once I installed it.

@sunyen, are you using sort of thicker sp like matte one? If you cover the screen, will it affect the sp like we can see bubbles around the edge cos the sp is thick and the cover is too fit...The backbone is really tough, so I also seldom take it off...xD

personally i hate matte or anti-glare sp, they makes the screen looks horrible even the best one like POWERSUPPORT..I rather live with wiping the screen more often than applying them.

I use POWERSUPPORT because I have tested manyl! I can tell you why it costs so much more and why it worths it:

1. Zero wave or rainbow bands ( don't think those $80 ones are free from this problem, they are not!)
2. Super easy to wipe away fingerprint
3. Thicker and more scratch resistant, my old 3GS one still looks great.

On the bubble part, you have to be super accurate when applying it, not the problem with case or sp

@J_Vansen_S, usually they will ask for your Malaysian IC for the registration of the new phone. Most probably, you have to be a Malaysian with hotlink sim card current holder ot jsut go to Maxis buy the simpack, it can be purchased with or without plans.

Cool, so does it mean i jez need to buy hotsim starter pack, activate it..then i can walk in Maxis store to buy? hoho

Hey guys, if I wanna sign iValue1 so I will have to pay RM1590 for the phone and RM200 pre-payment. Is it possible to pay RM1790 by credit card at once?

Few posts back have this question answered.
If you are not maxis user, can just directly purchase prepaid sim pack RM8.80. Then grab your i4 @ 2190. Done. smile.gif
