i wanted to share my experience with you all..... i will try to do it in different para for the entire prosess from the day i receive my device.
1.
i've got a loyalty program offer from celcom that only allows me to fax or email the registration/confirmation form of white iphone order. (since i don't hv printer and fax machine access, i have no choice but to bring the email stored in my BB to Taman Tun Celcom Branch. I managed to get one of the staff to print out the form and fax over my confirmation. At first, the customer service was very reluctant to help as she is not aware of this program but after verification from her superior, she then helps me to submit my registration.
2.
Received my white device 4 days later (inclusive of Sat & Sun) via courier company (it is part of the deal). As usual, before i do anything, i charged my iphone for 8 hours. During this 8 hours, the 'apple' icon keeps popping out even i've turn off the phone completely to charge. since i am not an iphone user, i tot tat was the wallpaper in standby mode, and i tot i forgot to turn the phone completely off. The next day, happily playing with the device and non stop downloading apps from itunes store, played some games the whole day. I keep telling ppl that iphone's battery can last for so long!!!! as the batt % indication still shows 98% after my whole day of playing with the device! Later only found out that something is wrong with the device.
3.
I have no choice but to call 1111 as i have no idea where to send my device too as I receive this unit via courier company. The operator was very helpful as i called her on Saturday nite and she promised that she will get her technical person to call me back on Monday morning. Excatly 9am, someone from Celcom called me asking for further clarification on my device problem. After few verifications, she said i can send my device to Sunway Blue Cube for a replacement set.
4.
Without any delay, i send in my device as the warranty or service period will end in 7days. The lady told me to print out the email as verification to show Sunway Blue Cube if there is any problem. I got my device replace on the spot. (the only thing is i wasted on my screen protector given by Celcom!). Again happily bring the new unit back to charge for 8 hours..... Thank god the device does not reset anymore during charging moment and battery % shows normal.....
5.
I am a heavy BB user and email is important for me. while replying email using my iphone, realise that all keyboards on the right hand side is not sensitive to be pressed especially 'P'. Tot is my faulty finger and i didn't bother about it. Show my unit to my Iphone freak friend coz he always wanted a White Iphone!!! While he is having fun with my Iphone, he also realise that the 'P' and 'Back' button cannot be press. Again i send an email to the Customer Service lady telling her the problem. Too bad i received an email notification that she are not able to reply email from certain date. Instead of waiting for her, I went to Sunway Blue Cube myself.
6.
There was this Chinese guy, keep pressing the virtual keyboard after i complain the problem to him, as if that i purposely wanted another replacement unit. He told me has to do hard reset and ask me to come back in 45mins.... I went back at 45mins, the chinese guy was not around and malay colleague of him said that he went toilet. I waited for about 20mins for his return. During this 20mins, another customers bring in a white iphone complaining it is faulty..... I couldn't wait any longer, i told the Malay guy to call him. He juz pass my case to the Malay guy and after a few rounds of verification again, the Malay guy told me that he has gotten a green light from his superior to get me ANOTHER REPLACEMENT UNIT!!! (I am thankful as I keep getting a replacement unit. The only frustration is i have to buy the screen protector again, goin thru the entire set up process again....) Before I leave Blue Cube, i tested the phone 360. The Malay guy even asked me to test for ringtone, vibration and camera!!!! That was yesterday. Until now, the phone works fine.......(keeping my finger cross!!!!!!)

you're really lucky to get 2 replacement units.
