i think machine is under maxis or they work together...coz i went to buy iphone 4 last time they show me maxis offer~~anyone know more details?white ip4 coming to malaysia?not iphone 5?
Is it gonna be the same price? Let's say I got my gf iPhone 4 in black but out of nowhere its broken for any reason and I'm able to switch a new one can I request for a white one?
Or can I switch mine for a white one, if they do incur extra charges but how much would it be?

Anyways, regarding the thickness of White iPhone 4, there's been so many controversies.. The only thing I can say is the thicker part news is either fake or Apple had bad QC resulting in some thicker White iPhones.. There's been reports saying it's actually the same thickness and Phil Schiller denie it as well.. Well today I met a friend who got his White on the launch day.. So I asked him and he said he compared black and White side by side and it's the same.. I took it and feel it together with my other friend's black and it feels the same also.. So what's the truth now?

is there any difference between the black and white? anyway does the black has multitasking as the white one?
The proximity sensor and camera is slight different in the white but the difference is no upgrade just to make sure it functions as well as on the black version. Yes it has multitasking. Multitasking is software based not hardware.

I think you are probably confused with one of the leaked OS5 videos on an iPhone White, either u heard it or saw it, no it's not gonna have such multitasking until OS5 comes out in Summer.. So currently it's exactly the same as iphone black

actually... it was indicated in apple store asia.. and it pointed out that the multitasking function would be available with the new white iphone and on os4.

i heard that the thickness is the same according to apple. i will post up the source later, i cant find it at the moment
Yup, this was 1 day ago and I mentioned in my post earlier also... Phil Schiller twitted himself saying “It is not thicker, don’t believe all the junk that you read.” and as well as Consumer's report...
Haha, seems like MacRumors have the same opinion as me...
The thickness difference was of course confirmed in an extensive series of caliper measurements taken by TiPb last week and by numerous other users examining their own devices and attempting to fit them into cases. Consequently, the difference may be an issue of quality control with some phones exhibiting the difference while others do not, rather than an intentional design change to specify the thicker profile.
