Sleeving have nothing to do with cable management, it'll just make the cables look nicer. You can still have a fully sleeved cables and have a shit cable management.

sleeving doesn't actually help cable management. it only helps making cable management a nightmare. pure ecstatics only.

So, it means, if the cable is not sleeved, it will not affect any electrical components?

yes. nothing to do with it. sleeving only makes the cables looks better.

Hehe, one more question. Any tape or lock (or anything) recommended to bind the wires together?

perhaps u can just let it be and arrange ur wires properly in a way that it is still neat and tidy as well as not get in the way of what u would want to show or if u regularly remove certain hardwares from ur system~
