Received a similar suspicious call from +60321069564 at 5:44 PM today (19/5/2015). Caller spoke in Malay (against a noisy background) and had a female Indian tone, also said that she had some discount card for Master/Visa holders and asked which bank I had a Master/Visa credit card with.
