Recently I keep on receiving calls from 011 number. Call regardless of time, sometime in the middle of the night, sometime early in in the morning. Previously was call until  pick up, but then never say anything. Until I got annoyed and asked a guy fren to answer, then the number stopped calling. Tat was two weeks ago. Yesterday started again, this time only play miss call. Ring two times, hang up. Anybody have experience of this?

anyone received this automated call from +60321788888 claiming to be from ambank and said that you have outstanding ? I didn't wait to hear the whole thing and cut off the call

I got the same call as well, hung up. I have never had an account with ambank before. Very obviously a scam.

Dear all, please DO NOT IGNORE to all the automated calls from all bank. Your respond is very important. This is what I encounter in 1 hour time.

At 10:14 Ambank 03 2176 3833 called me (again) and request my approval for a transaction at Rm 3xxx. This time I pressed 9. A banker answered. I clarified I don't even apply for Ambank credit card. Unfortunately he is helpless. All he can do is provide me information according to his bank system. He then advise me to call Jabatan Siasatan Card Palsu. MAKE SURE you note down all the information from the bank before you call bank Negara.

At 10:37 I have telephone conversation with a guy from Bank Negara. I gave all related information by Ambank to Bank Negara. The guy says 3 working days for investigation and will get back to me.

I have found out there is an app for android called "Spam alert!". it will let you know whether it is a potential scammer  when called based on its database. user can help to update the phone number with description to help the community. Hope this help.

I received this SMS alert today from the 63660 number.

This is suspicious as I don't have a RHB card, nor was I at klia2. Besides, the fact that it says klia2 and not some specific shop triggered even more alarms.

I didn't call the number, but have checked to make sure there has been no suspicious activities with my actual credit cards from other banks.

Is this a some sort of scam?
