I received a fraudulent call (03-2300 4937) today 12.38pm from a company called i crystal sdn bhd claiming that I have applied for a personal accident plan last year via OCBC bank and they want to send me the insurances policy. I feel very suspicious because I never apply for any insurance plan from my credit card. When I probe further, they can't provide with clear answer. I challenged them to send me detail if they have the proof that I have signed up for the insurances plan.

I have further call OCBC bank and confirmed with them that there is no insurance been charged on my account and I have lodged a report for this case. Also I have lodged a complaint to Bank Negara as well. Please take note of it and dont simply provide any verbal consent for them to simply charge for the unauthorized charges.
