alwiz receive call from them Unknown Citibank numbers. but today, they suddenly ask me to confirm i am James Loong and ask me to give them my Date of Birth. (which i didnt). Is this normal?

did not apply anything or did any huge trans on my card recently.
will get the one or two months call regarding credit transfer and personal loan. but those they dont ask you to confirm yourself. thats why i feel weird when this one ask me for that.. |
