Dear all,

I've just received a call from a Mandarin speaking lady claiming she is a representative from AKPK and request me to 'work together' with her. Her no is 012 537 9568. I answer her in English but she keep on speaking Mandarin (doesnt sound like China, local Mandarin slang). She said she have all the details with her and the banks actually ask her to call me up to 'negotiate'. I told her I have no outstanding amount, she just said OK & hang-up. Does AKPK sub their job to other financial institutions?
