received 2 calls claiming to be from takaful for my credit card PA Personal assurance. they got my IC and my name correct. at first they told me is 0 charge as it is complimentary with my card. but in the end the lady said need to deduct rm250 from my account for this.

i got the lady number, their CS number, and also her so-called manager number.

the lady number is 0162160736 (malay), CS number is 03-41481053, manager number is 016-2057053

can anyone shed some light on this?
