Best to call the CS and get advise on what to do next step?
some banks would investigate and settle all for you.

Some will require you to fill a dispute form.

Most likely there will be a form that you need to submit. As posted above, call CS for advice.

I also have such issue.. mine was USD422.91. Was using Citibank credit card as well.
Already called and de-activate the card.
The CV told me I have to file for dispute on Monday.

As of today, I've made police report and tomorrow will go meet an Inspector.

Now the fraudulent transaction amounting rm430.00 being charged to my account not floating anymore..so the citibank reversed the charge from me and charged back to google..
Now iam not in the picture in this case..its between the citibank and google..citibank will request back the money from google..
I dont have to make any police report or fill in any dispute form as told by citibank for fraudulent online transaction..
And bear in mind :-
FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION MUST BE CLAIMED OR REPORT WITHIN 2 MONTHS PERIOD.

One of my family member experience similar fraud of online transaction that sending sms to her.

She filed the dispute and the transaction was reversed (which show up in the statement afterwards, even though has been posted in their system), and according to the CS there were still a number of similar transaction that has not been posted over, and all were being blocked after she filed the dispute.

The fraud transaction were coming in with multiple small amount in USD.

Quite a good CS response.

Confirmed SCAM!

I had the same experience with CIMB, about KLIA2, jewelry shop, RM2xxx, the person had my name and IC correct, but not credit card. I reported the incident to CIMB after that and the officer called to discussed further after that.

If you have any account with Affin, please call them up and report the incident so that they may take precaution against fraud.

Such personal info leaks is getting more rampant lately, it seems. It's worrying....

I got the same call from the number 03-29804433 and said someone wanted to buy jewelry cost rm4xxx at klia2, they guy gave me the wrong home address so I was suspecting that is a scam call. The guy also said I used that card in last 2 months and got rm2xxx outstanding payment. After that, I called affin to confirm that number is a phone scam number and I didn't have any cc with affin.

Hello, i have an issue here not sure it's scam or what.. 1 month ago a girl called me said she is calling from maybank and told me they will help me to get a free credit card because of i have a new house loan from maybank. She can clearly stated the name of the house i own (it's under construction, will get the key soon). And she asked me for my mothers name for verification (what i told her already). And last 2 weeks i check with my maybank2u in 'all card' section it shows i have 2 new cards but not yet activate. Just wondering why i still not yet receive the card?

You are worried about getting scam, or you want the card and worried why they have not arrived?

If you do not want the card, get the bank to terminate it immediately and get them to issue a letter/email to confirm that they have been terminated. Do not click the activate button.
