2) Upon reaching 100% of the monthly allocation volume, (depending on the plan subscribed), an SMS and / or email notification will be sent; and Internet access will be blocked thereafter until the next bill cycle.

Guys, may i know wat the download speed for celcom mbasic plan? up to 3.6mbps?
