if you have a dumbell or barbell. u can do simple raises and that's good enuff

still hurts when carrying weights even after 2 weeks |

you have to rest your wrist. No wonder it still hurts, you're carrying weights and not giving it time to heal.
You can get a wrist support that may help I guess |
