The first thing that caught my attention was the name.

I have no first hand knowledge about the company but from their website they seem to be an IT solutions company. Any body has any knowledge of this company?

Is anyone an employee, client or vendor?

never. but i have apply job with them.

then their send me to interview with their client and after that i realize i just waste time.

their client required different skill set with what i own.

I have one invite marked (Internal). They gave me impressive intro saying their co. has 300+ employees etc. I wonder if this is hire for their internal comp. or is it for client. Obviously they didn't said they recruit for other companies.
But I have read from several sources that they hire for HSBC among others.
But the comp itself MSC status. Which is strange.
Glassdoor review have a lot of good (but looks suspiciously doctored) reviews with occasianal bad reviews.

Hi.. please dont ever join this company. you will get your pay on the 5th and sometimes will be late. Medical benefit around 300. Tentacles and Nityo is the worst manpower company. My advice is please dont join.. its a nightmare

If that case someone should report to Jobstreet because their listing is always as Direct Employer and not Recruitment Firm.

well, this is a grey area... because tencacle said they really hire u as their employee , just they outsource u to the client.

So the employee gets salary from Tentacle and not from the client?

of course, u are outsource to the client, so if client terminate contract or dont want u , then tetacle will relocate u or terminate u lo

I don't know why these types of company can get MSC status company.

they hired bunch of indian contractors and slaves them.... not that reputable... if you wanna join an IT consulting company go somewhere else..

Is this the one based in Plaza Sentral? I think I saw their office before, quite small and maybe less than 10 staffs

Since they are recruiter I guess the final workplace will not be their office. I noticed Sentral area and Kerinchi seems like their office, the advertising normally put locations at all sort of areas I supposed will be the client office

Technically they are correct, you are direct employment under them.
Your payroll and benefits is under them as well..
juts that they outsource u to client and charge kao kao from client, this is how they earn money tho..
just act as a middle party to slaughter you

Reputable companies?
Or Chinamen?
For info, there are other agencies in there which are recruitment as well like Salt, but they don't get listed at direct employer.

Usually is reputable organization, at least from my experience, eg petroxxx, maxxx, Prudenxxxx, etc..I heard nowadays these kind of organization prefer this kind of engagement, all under contract basic with 3rd party payroll, they seldom direct hired..Cause they can terminate the contract with the outsourcing company in case project finished or your service is no longer needed..And no need to pay compensation..This is difference case if u are direct employment under them..

Some is purely recruitment firm which just help those organization seek for talent. Usually is direct employment under clients one..

if the client do not want to renew your contract, and your company could not find you new client.

is mainly based on the contract you signed with the company, whether u are permanent with them or under contract, and the term n cond..
but normally they will just assigned you to other client (they serve multiple client one),
Or put you in their own internal project (if they have one)..
U are just a tools for them to make money , no career advancement for yourself..no training (most likely, some more reputable org may have)
so if have chance better avoid this kind of company...unless really jobless and hopeless
or use this as a chance to join their reputable client, eg: while joining the client try expand your network and build up your client's confident on yourself and your skill set, be friend with those client HOD or your manager, u might luckily get absorbed

Nityo is both direct employment and recruitment, i been call by them for an interview, which is a permanent roles and direct employment with one of their client..

it really depends on the situation, sometimes nityo help to find people to direct under client , sometimes client dont want direct hire then nityo come in lo
