I've done this guide
To use P990 flash to flash this baseband: Download the utility file below Download the driver file below Download the baseband file below Run the SmartFlashTool_P990.exe application on your PC Turn device off, remove battery, plug device in while holding volume down - you should see a software update message on screen and the COM port should be filled automatically in the flash application below after installing the drivers if required. Select the 'ROM Copy D/L' tab Ensure 'Normal Mode' is selected Ensure 'Erase CAL' is NOT selected Click the browse button next to 'CP Bin:' and select the baseband (FLS) file Click 'Start' and wait for the flash to complete The all important files... SmartFlash P990 - DOWNLOAD (ROMraid Load Balancing) - MD5: fe350443518c98f7e089fac48fa36be3 SmartFlash drivers - DOWNLOAD (ROMraid Load Balancing) - MD5: 70ebd70389c0e3011d4d6b4434f8458a Baseband 1035.21_20110405 - DOWNLOAD (ROMraid Load Balancing) - MD5: 599fb242c0224894b1ad2eb004586527 (thanks for the file you-know-who!) Baseband 1035.21_20110315 - DOWNLOAD (ROMraid Load Balancing) - MD5: 9b6f600cfa9f528595e5106305770448 still the same, stuck at loading screen.. I need to flash with LG Optimus 2x P990 Original ROM rite? eg. SINGTEL SINGAPORE BIN_LGP990AT-00-V10a-525-01-MAR-08-2011+0 This post has been edited by wallance13: Apr 19 2011, 11:58 PM |

tried this phone today in celcom bluecube in Pavillion. this phone is really super fast and responsive, everything loads in an instant. i even installed and tried out spb shell 3d in it, works like a charm, the salesman in the outlet damn shocked, he didn't even know the existence of this launcher and tell me not to delete it, i told him it's 'ahem' version so it's best that i delete it, he told me nvm he can sell more if customers can see it with spb 3d. but at last i also deleted it........

some1 posted this guide here..
" Your phone need to be rooted for this. From the Market, download and install the free app " MarketAccess" or Market Enabler . Launch the app. In the main interface, select "Backup Settings" - this will save your local APN settings. Move to the next tab, select "T-Mobile (US)" as foreign telco and a pop-up window " fake this provider now" ( for market enabler ) or just tap selection for market access. Close the app. Launch Market and you will be able to view all the paid and free apps. Once you have completed your " marketing:, launch MarketAccess or Market Enabler and select "Restore Value" so as to enable back your actual network provider OR you can just restart the phone. " I've root my o2x with superoneclick.. Then I follow this guide, but still cant view the paid apps.. any tips? wanna download paid apps actually |
