Because if the update failed, your phone will become a brick.... I have this experience when i update to V10C, computer suddenly un-detect my phone during update, and the phone hanged at S/W update. Solution is i flash back to HongKong original ROM from XDA forum, install the driver to computer and re-update again.. finally success.. Please take note when the malaysia release the V10C..
