The one I do most is 5. squats using smith machine & many other workouts using the smith machine. blush.gif

Not entirely true, i saw lots of big guys doing smith machine squat thou. The behind neck lat pull down is bad and tats true.

i hv been doing squats on the smith machine, but adopt a slightly front stance as recommended

if they are bad, how come no one banned these during arnold's time or years before them?

squats are great but u can do so much with squats
as for the behind the nect lat pulldown, i've seen big guys do it because it gave them better contractions compared to front
it all depends on individuals i believe
