Item that you need :

1. TV Table
2. Industrial Fan x 2 - the one use for computer server rack.. Steel type is more recommended.
3. A power point for the fan
4. Bosch Electrical Saw or Hand Saw.
5. Screw or Hard Wire to hang the fan.

Or Steel plate

Instructions :

1. Cut 2 holes beneath the TV table
2. Mount 2 industrial fan in that hole or mount it on top of steel plate with few holes on it.
3. Place your Xbox 360S or Elite or Arcade or etc on top of it.
4. Turn On the power.

This proven to make the XBOX 360 more cooler because server rack fan are design to cool down the temperature inside the rack contains 3 network switch and 2 HP server. It had more power heat suction because it is using 13Amp socket to power up.. Not using integrated power supply.

You can try custom made your own cooling TV table. I believed this is better than using laptop fan or PC fan .Their fan power is not strong enough because sharing the power from laptop or PC.

This is my idea.. I am going to try it.. i had try put 3 industrial fan beneath my XBOX 360S and the box is very cold. Maybe the next one try the method above.

By the way, i do sell this industrial server rack fan.

Maxxpro fan RM 45.00 per unit.. It is industrial steel type fan for server rack.. Have cheap one but it is plastic type.. Not reliable.. Scared your xbox heat might melt it.
This type of fan can withstand any heat condition.

How about just passive cooling. Seriously, jasper onwards don't really require any external cooling at all.

i put it on open area, so it can breath as much as it can
if I play for long hours, i use the laptop cooler to draw more heat out...

well, mine is slim
plus, i accidentally tested that day
i put a thick cloth above the console (it also close the vent hole) and on for 8 hours (while i at work)
no problem so far, i guess it only apply to old xbox360
Did i mention i done it twice? i share the same wireless controller for PC and xbox360. SO i need to on the gamepad b4 change the signal (i still noob back then) and i didnt know it also on my console
plus, i usually on aircone~

btw here mine..

I combine PC with Xbox360, sadly with my setting now, i can use only 2.1 sound for my Xbox360
My PC eqiup with bluray ROM, so i can pretty much do everything here~

Beside that console is my Cooler Master Laptop Cooler
Take me some time to find those big fan without those damm light (while i play in the dark)

Wow,nice... Once i finished modified the TV table, i will post it..
Hehehe.. By the way, the fan i use currently i loan from my company.. Need to purchase it then only can install.. Around RM 65.00 per unit for a good quality fan.. Need 2 unit. But the fan still run power from your Xbox 360,right?

Here is the sample of the fan.

By the way, each fan are using individual power and you can connect together maximum 4 fan. Maybe another way is using an custom made steel plate and mount it below the steel place.. Something like notebook cooler but bigger size..
