Look at Sturidge at Bolton. Doing really well but Carlo didnt see that. Chelsea game play easily predicted. Hard to score when opponent parked the bus in front of goal.

If Carlo stay, the same story will happen. Looking good during new season and will downfall after that. This squad need massive clearance. Do you think Drogba, Lampard, Malouda,Essien, Anelka still got something to offer to Chelsea. Lampard maybe, Drogba maybe but u already got Torres upfront.

Kalou? Any improvement from the first season until now? Absolutely no. There is no room for improvement for him. Give chances to anholt, Josh,Kakuta,Sturidge, Borini, while add a few players next season. Chelsea really need wide players who can easily tearing apart the defense just like Valencia, Giggs,Nani did every week. Chelsea really lack these kind of players.

1. CA did not renew contract for ballack, deco, belletti & even stubborn j cole. he expects players like kakuta, mceachran & etc can fill the gap.but sadly..not all of them are ready for PL yet. having a PL quality player is not an easy task.u might argue no chance no chance no chance..but what IF we lose some easy games that we expected to win by fielding youngsters? then u want to tiao kao kao CA coz stupig put youngster? even kakuta apart from his sick skills, not impressive much at fulham. ( i mean he's too young, need more time to develop..same like josh..u think he's ready to play week in week out on rough & robust english games?) enlighten me but SAF also still use darren gibson as reserves player given the fact that he's 24 rite now? (correct me if i'm wrong). bear in mind, gibson altho not a european class CM, but still he's useful.

this is chelsea bro, not newcastle or blackburn. every game is expected to win.

2. everyone knew and i think most of us (dont be hypocrite la) did not see sturridge as goal poacher before he loan to bolton

3. he's very careful interms of signing new players. no more shitty throwing money for some unknown youngsters from leeds academy or portugal anymore.
still remember first few seasons we had like 10 -12 new players coming for reserve team only.remember sergio tejera? michael woods?

4. sure he did give some chances to youngsters, otherwise josh will not make his european debut at the age of 17/18.

5. when u're team won the league with some godlike 100goals on the previous season... u dont expect to make major changes.
the problem here is not the manager IMO, the problem is the players (and can insert RA too, ya lah gatal2 pergi sign torres for 50 mils for what..i'm not saying torres is useless...but sometimes i do feel he's being 'forced' to use his 50 million man.

Hi, actually you and gry got some right points. I just don't agree with gry's statement that we have to sack Carlo.
You're pretty right, we need wings, we need a playmarker.
I watched back our first few matches in this season which we ramped West Brom, Blackpool and also last season Aston Villa, Wigan,Sunderland matches.
I got shocked. Seriously shocked. I almost speechless!
It's all about decision making and the passing. Our passing were good in those days and also our decisions making are fast and correct.

I got frustrated a lot in this season with our players decision making. They seems clueless sometimes.
They don't know should they bring the ball forward or pass it to somebody.
Sometimes, they don't know should they cross the ball or dribble the ball into the penalty box or not.
They don't know should they pass the ball to the flanks or attack it in a narrow way.
It's clueless. It's frustrating.
Decision making is a big part of the game, when you got your decision correct, it can break through your opponent defense. If you make it wrong, it might waste a big chance for attacking or even lead to concede a goal.
Not only correct decision making, the players have to make it right in a quick way.
Volrath said we don't have counter attack, I agree. Because our decision making are soo slow. Extremely slow. I always see our players take more than 2 secs on a decision. Then it ends up the opponent players go back to their penalty box to help for defense and it eventually form a big bus that we can't break it easily.

I was just wanna talk about our players decisions making skill.
And I am sorry, Kalou and Malouda are the worst decision making players in our squad.
Especially Malouda. I lost my count on him doing the wrong decisions in one match.
Kalou too, he's also disappointing.Kalou and Malouda made a lot of wrong decisions,SO FRUSTRATING. Sometimes they have space, they have place to run with. But they do some square pass or back pass instead of turning their body and move forward.
Sometimes others players are making some good run, but they pass to another player instead to pass into those players that are making some good runs.

I watched a lot of our previous matches recently, including losses and victory, and what I found out is, something is wrong with our decision making. This is pretty scary, because it's very hard to correct this

how can u guys not?? i'm not sure i've ever seen another player who's this interested in joining us, while being as BLATANTLY OBVIOUS as possible. straight out of a slapstick movie i tell u! 

at such a young age, he already looks as big as didier. might have to work on his technique a little like u guys mentioned, but i don't see why he can't soar to the heights of our ivorian warrior. and don't forget..he's only 18! didier was certainly nowhere near as prolific at that age.  for once i'd like us to secure top, young talent before they begin to mature and triple in valuation. pato and aguero fall into that same bracket, and we often point one finger at our scouting team for being 'slow' in identifying serious potential. this is a good chance to buck that trend.

with a whole host of academy players bailing, we seem to be telling arnesen to leave and take everything he brought with him. i don't like tore leaving one bit, but it seems there are some big changes going on behind the scenes. are we trying to build up as much funds as possible? or has someone ear-marked these players for profit a long time ago?
