QUOTE(projectnew @ May 1 2011, 02:52 AM) Seriously I have to say this... tottenham is really unlucky...chelsea's 1st goal didnt even go in 100%.. Not a goal.. Second goal: No such thing as a little bit offside.. it was an offside.. How is this a nice win? Nice WIN because CHELSEA player gave everything. Stop butthurt and blame referee error on our players. We get referee error sometimes too. Even if both goal disallowed u never know we might still score 2 goal the other way round. I say MIGHT so no need to quote me |

we were definitely riding our luck! altho blatant penalty not given for kaboul's foul on Flomo. yes, Kalou was also offside.
but who cares! we deserve these kinda luck sometimes! i thought our title hopes were already over when spurs were quite packed at the back. not many clear cut chances to score but luck was on our side tonight. about torres, i think he is very good with the ball, but i would like if he worked harder without the ball. the way he pressure defenders/keeper is very slow, it makes him look lazy. Torres still need more games. Kalou didnt look too happy although he scored the winner. i guess he is really upset about not starting. went straight into the dressing room after the final whistle. i have a feeling that he might want to leave at the end of the season. but too be honest, yes he looks lively when he came on, but his decision making is quite bad. there are a few times that he could make a good pass but he did not. |

Can't blame assistant referee for the 1st goal.. its The FA too stupid not to put another assistant behind the goal

So for me the first goal is not legit and the second one is offside. The only reason both goals are counted are because the referee and linesman said so. This is what Sepp Blatter want when they don't want to use video/goal line technology in football. Anyway still 3 points for us. |

i think we just got lucky last night for the two goals we scored but take nothing away from the lads performance. they played really well. i think kalou don't even celebrate last night after he scored the winning goal. maybe, he is not happy with his role as supersub. he wants to start every game week in and week out of course. we truly understand that...

on last nights performance, what formation you think chelsea should adopt for the remaining games? a 4-3-3 with drogba, kalou and malouda? or a 4321 like last night with drogba on the right, malouda on the left, slightly behind torres?
probably go with the tried, and tested drog, malouda & kalou combo and change it over the summer to accommodate torres |

i think drogba-torres partnership is okay but need time to adapt for the squad since we dont have decent wingers like last time such as SWP, robben or even duff.. but for the current crop the much suited formation is 4-3-3 is i think much more accomodate Lampard ability . 4-2-2 also seems under utilize Drogba strength a bit but provided Torres to function as efficient as he should.
