Those of you using E-350 and experiencing very choppy video playback on 1080p Youtube/Flash videos, just update Flash Player to the latest v11.

Everything is very very smooth now! thumbup.gif

Thanks! Smooth on E-450 too.

dm1-4000 with win7starter relaunched by HP selling at rm1199. up rm100. finally got mine. not so impressed with the quality. can say worse than my mini210. i remember hp used to say softtouch. i had mine more like a smooth touch. its just hard plastic. no where near soft touch. and now they put in charcoal pulak. if got print screen perviously now i go sue them lah..

anyway installed win7pro 64bit running good. thumbup.gif

Mine not so snappy. Maybe because comparing with my old laptop which has Core2Duo. However, the graphics are awesome. So far tried many simulators like ship and train simulators, works awesome. Even installed L4D1, works great too.

i'm still thinking to buy or not to buy...
which ccard will they accept for 0% installments?
how fast they deliver?
*
Takes about 2-3 weeks to delivery from the day you place your order. It was really worth it when it was sold for RM1099, comes with free backpack. Before placing an order, make sure you're used to 11inch screen. Kinda small and annoying at first.

I bought the 3 years carepack and have successfully extended my warranty from 2011 to 2014. Totally worth it for RM44.

Bought it from Lelong, not sure if it's still there. Try searching for "HP care pack".

Same here, gets very hot using it. Apparently HP laptops are prone to overheating.

They should try to shed about 300g for this new one. My dm1-4000 is kinda heavy for a 11inch laptop.

As we all know, heat is the worst enemy of an electronic equipment.

But the heat on the Dm1 is quite bad. I've had many laptops from other brands before but never experienced something like this before. Try playing a video on Youtube, you can feel the heat, hehe
