can support only DDR3 1066MHz....
but no problem to put in DDR3 1333MHz stick...it will underclock to 1066MHz nod.gif
mine have 2 slot of RAM slot...

p/s: wondering why sales person always said it have only 1 slot?? hmm.gif

How many color do they have? How do u install the ram the back of the laptop look like one big piece of cover...

unfortunateely there's only one color available right now....
yup...the back cover is just one piece of plastic
here some youtube how to open the back cover....

keep getting unknown/error status whenever i tried to use HP Battery Check...
already many times reinsert battery and charger.....even restart it

I think it will probably suffer even on low settings due to low CPU power.

recently installed a 4GB ddr3 1333 ram on second slot...everythings seem fine..juz the window showed tat i only hav 5.xxGb ram usable... ist norm...o becoz sharing the ram for UMA graphic..anyone having the same question??

Just bought the dm1z yesterday... Bonus feature for HP netbook/notebook ....HP quick web....I almost bought a andriod pad wanted to press on & surf immediately...
..din know that the HP quickweb can save time by not booting windows & straight away surf the net...only drawback is it doesnt support usb modem..only wifi/lan''
