guys i'm currently considering switching to this RM28 plan, but i'm currently using celcom postpaid. what will i need to do if i wanna retain my number? settle my bill/cancel my account with celcom first then only visit u mobile centre?

hi guys,

i've just ported over to u mobile from celcom postpaid (MNP) and am having this problem: the One Time Password feature no longer works for online transactions using my VISA card. not sure if it's bcos of my phone (android) or the provider? anyone hv any info on this? sad.gif

hi guys,

i'm still not able to use the MBB TAC and VISA TAC sad.gif not too sure why? i called the banks to change edy. could it be bcos my celcom postpaid bill hasn't been fully paid yet? (waiting for my bill cycle to end before i make payment).

shld b, im able to call/receive sms's and surf net successfully currently using my umobile prepaid account after my MNP from celcom postpaid. only thing is just the TAC and OTA's not working correctly. digilife r u able to help me check? i can PM u my phone number. thnx in advance notworthy.gif

it doesn't make sense, cos technically the phone number is still the same, so it should b a telco issue. i didn't experience this problem with my previous MNP sad.gif anyway will check with the bank again tomorrow.

am experiencing problems sending out sms for the past 20 minutes. keeps saying 'sorry, we are experiencing difficulties'. sigh. u get what you pay for i suppose sad.gif

my unlimited mobile internet plan (UMI) got disrupted after being automatically converted to the new free sms/calls plan. i checked my subscription status using 118 and it said i wasn't subscribed to UMI (wtf) so i manually subscribed again. later i got an sms saying my auto subscription renewal was not successful. wats goin on??
