Telcos already planning to implement GST liao. Target to get system ready by August 2014 so that operation will be smooth once GST enforced next year.

Not sure how telco implement it for prepaid, reload vouchers, voice usage, data usage, SMS/MMS usage, vas subscriptions, postpaid billing (if any impact). No idea what is the implementation scope.
