Im having a problem as well.Since the MNP 2 weeks ago,I still couldn't reload my number.
First I tried their customer service, but useless. So I went to their Service Centre,it seems like they dont know whats the cause for this problem and lodged a report and told me that within 24 hours problem will be solved.
But till now its still same.. doh.gif

Hi guys..
Im having weird prob...
Since I MNP my number from Maxis,I couldnt reload my Umobile number..
I went to the Service Centre, they couldnt solve it as well..
The staff there ask me to MNP to Digi and MNP back to Umobile..
Should I listen to him or send a report to SKMM.?

And another question is ,can i port to Digi and port back to umobile within 1 week time..?

Thanks.. icon_question.gif
