Last week I MNP my maxis num to Umobile..
Its activated and working well,but I couldnt reload.. It keep on giving message that the voucher num entered is invalid,......sumthing like that.. I already tried it with 2 amount,1 is RM5 and another one is RM10.. I tried to call Umobile customer service,but after 10 minutes still no answer from them..  Anybody encounter same prob..?  |

Hi guys..
Im having weird prob... Since I MNP my number from Maxis,I couldnt reload my Umobile number.. I went to the Service Centre,they couldnt solve it as well.. The staff there ask me to MNP to Digi and MNP back to Umobile.. Should I listen to him or send a report to SKMM.? And another question is ,can i port to Digi and port back to umobile within 1 week time..? Thanks..  |
