I was in SG with my UM just before roaming change announced. Plenty of public phones in Sg so calls are not a strain. Only now, what is the UM rate? It might be as high per call as roaming?

Getting wifi was my main problem. Even a subscription to Wireless@SG doesn't work because of poor coverage in HDB.  I wonder if the RM28 works on roaming there?

PS: Of interest to some..... remember that the RM28 is prepaid. the RM40 is only available on a plan.

Can the numbers be activated one by one, or only on the same date? Is the UM validity still 90-100 days? Is there any expiry date for yet-to-be used SIMs and Unlimited Internet? E.g. if someone buys 10 numbers he should be able to be on UM for ~1000 days?

Isn't it only optional to port?  Assuming you can simply remove Maxis SIM and replace with one of the two given numbers, right?

how fast is the internet connection? does it have at least 100 kbps during download? when watching youtube videos need to buffer?

Ya, they are having 42mbps at certain area. The problem is, not every single device/smartphone can support speed up to 42 mbps.. Most smartphones nowadays support download speed up to 10mbps, while usb modem 7.2mbps.

42mbps modem is not cheap..
off topic: digilife is reliable MNP agent here.. highly recommended

I have no idea why ur credit being deducted =.= ANyway cause i thought i wont be using 500mb of data so i din subscribe, however I on the 3G, when i realised overnight when I wake up in the morning RM1 gone already, probably due to the connection and reconnection of the 3G line, my phone shows only usage data of 200kb though, they should only charge me 5 cents =.= So now I off the 3G la use 2G only dun bother.. Wasting money if I on it ..

just curious isnt U28 better deal if only using data?
