now only sunway and subang jaya got LTE, just sms and written would be activated LTE within 24 hours, will post out the result asap tomorrow

good to keep users low too, last time UMI18 consider very light users,so maximum 1.5mbps
then now too congested UMI28 also consider LIGHT USERS already, to make sure the BB users and POSTPAID enjoy most of the bandwith unless they got budget to make every1 entitled for that...

by the way UMI38 and UMI28 also 500mb, should exclude UMI38 also haha

1. make sure your modem is unlocked, u may try put other telco sims into it and try CONNECT.
2. Umobile got 2 different unlimited internet for prepaid, 1 is UMI (unlimited mobile internet) plan come with free call and sms, got UMI18,28,38,48
another 1 is Ubroadband MBDAY,MB15,MB40,68,128, which give 500mb/day,500mb/15days,2gb, 5gb, 20gb these 3 30days

they are lack of resources to improve 3g at the time to upgrade 4g,
agree with u, we noticed that their 3g was great but now is only OK, still lots to improve but not too bad for every1 give up of it, they couldn't manage to solve most of the complaints especially they already outsourcing their center and customer service just to "handle" but not solving the problem immediately,
the solution is at back end there, they collected the feedbacks, so they might solve the most serious part 1st when they ready, but pretty sure not in a short time, but for the good is their plan is affordable and acceptable service in most area, but some DEAD AREA really give up 1st before they updating any good news, just like they successfully roaming to maxis 3g @ melaka, and u can even surf with 3g in the middle of the sea near REDANG PERHENTIAN, and of course

new plans coming soon on JAN2014, I believe most of the forumers still very welcome of every new changes of U-mobile, mix of bad and good la of course

just now got 1 customer just get a new starter pack and system shows NEW U PREPAID CARD, and I check it is only entitled free call no more free SMS, while my own prepaid still showing FREE SMS in the package,

so u see both thing like this :
1. RATE PLAN CHANGES, u can keep ur old plan with free calls and free sms and 3 times validity 18cents call rate , or change to NEW 1 with free calls free INTERNET 2 times validity and 20cents call rate


2. UMI 28 and UMI 38 now only got new 1 which is 1gb data


so if u are using old plan top up RM 30 and subscribe UMI 28, u got 30 days free calls free sms, 90 days active validity and 1gb data 50mins and 30 sms

with new plan then 30 days free calls no free sms, 30 MB free, 60 days active,
1gb data 50mins and 30 sms,

yup. or u just *118*3*1# then purchase UMI28 now to replace old 1 for the new plan 1gb 50mins 30sms, but ur rate plan still follow the old 1 unless u subscribe today ...
