Line validity is from your reload. If you reload RM30 you get 90 days.

The UMI validity is for the internet/free calls/free sms.

Let's say I activate new SIM on 1st Jan with reload of RM20. That will give me validity until 30/31 Jan. balance rm20 + 5 (from SIM)

After that didn't use the phone.

On 10 Jan , buy UMI 18 which will give me until 8/9 Feb usage plan.

No more reload. So on 5 Feb, is my line still active? Given that I did not reload

guys,new user here...bumped into this problem where i cant reload my number...bought the reload using maybank2u.when i tried to key in the 14pin num to reload...came out a msg "Service not avaiable STG5".what does this mean??

then i tried reload using cimbclicks and it was successful...wanted to ask your opinion,if i use the reload from m2u now,will the validity period extend to another 3 month,or will it just overlap the validity?

I got my phone running U LTE the other day too at a clinic. Probably do a speedtest later.

UM just need to make its 3G better at abt 10mbps would b enough, no need LTE cause only cities can enjoy them.

Make every town have good access to 3G would be fine.

hi guys, i have decided to port over to umobile.
however, im using maxis postpaid (supplement line)
therefore, i went to maxis to "split account" make mine to become main account, then i go to umobile to register. Umobile smsed me saying that "porting has been denied" !?
so i called maxis service center, they say by monday they can split the account for me.
So my question is do i need to travel to umobile center again? quite a hassle for me TY!

recently umobile speed really disappointed me already.... at klang jusco it show h+ but cant load internet , at meru where previously i can easily get 10mbps buit now 1-2mbps... at jeram speed test also around 3mbps , early this year i stil can get 8-9mbps...

thinking to mnp 1 of my umobile line to celcom soon. keep 1 umobile prepaid enough.

But if you compare with DiGi prepaid, U mobile is still hella faster la.. plus xpax internet plan not attractive leh..

true . recently facing drop call and slow speed at my area... some area although show h+ but the page will nvr get loaded...
by the way, manage to mnp 1 of my umobile line to celcom in less then 24 hours. now still hv 2 umobile prepaid with me... prepaid i can accept the service quality..
