Hi there!!! Wanna ask something regarding the Unlimited mobile Intenet renewal ...

U-mobile already got my credits deducted (RM28) for the plan by auto-renewal yesterday night..

My plan supposed to end today (20/11/11).. But, when I checked the usage , it still remains unchanged which is my old subscription...

what should I do???

wait tmr and see. usually the plan details will be updated on the next day after the balance get deducted. and hence, you get extra 1 day FOC

Why when not surfing still got charge data 25sen when leave phone idle for 1 hr? My 3g watchdog shows zero data transfer. What is umobile charging ? 25sen=5MB

Because in between u have got 5 connections. even though no data used for that particular 5 connections, you will still be charged.

Better turn off your phone's mobile internet or just change to unlimited data plan.

5 connection mean 5 times it disconnected & reconnect & I get charge for these though there isn't any data transfer? Is this what u mean

its location depedent for HSPA+,if you are in a HSPA+ enabled area, you might get speed of 10~15Mbps

Regarding this auto renewal, do i need to subscribe again when my internet unlimited plan ends? Or i just need to top up rm30 n wait for the system to auto renew for me?
