Nothing whatsoever from the branch at time square. Not sure if they misplaced the application.I too lazy to go back there. Can I go to another branch to re-do?

the RM28/mth internet is a subscription and is separate from topping up

just make sure your credit is at least RM28 before you subscribe and after that before the service auto renews each month

so you can use all your credit on the internet but you will have to accumulate some baki along the way
*
Meaning...

1 Dec - credit balance RM30, subscribe to the plan so deduct RM28, balance RM2
1 Jan - top-up another RM30, , subscribe to the plan so deduct RM28, balance RM4
1 Feb - top-up another RM30, , subscribe to the plan so deduct RM28, balance RM6
1 Mar - top-up another RM30, , subscribe to the plan so deduct RM28, balance RM8
1 Apr - top-up another RM30, , subscribe to the plan so deduct RM28, balance RM10

and so on...?

yes, exactly

then finally balance reach RM30 and can miss one month of top up (note: minimum balance of 05 sens if needed after the RM28 fee is deducted)

or top up smaller amount sooner if you want to use up the balance earlier

Ya, they are having 42mbps at certain area. The problem is, not every single device/smartphone can support speed up to 42 mbps.. Most smartphones nowadays support download speed up to 10mbps, while usb modem 7.2mbps.

42mbps modem is not cheap..

off topic: digilife is reliable MNP agent here.. highly recommended rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Great! So should I contact to MNP first (since it will take some time to do it) or settle my digi bill first?
