set your ram and FSB ratio to 1:1 first to find out how high and how stable your rig can handle when OC the processor...for your mobo..check out Dram multiplier and put it to 2.0 first then only play with the FSB and multiplier.
besides...how high you wanna overclock untill..if its just slighly..dont have to touch the voltage..but if you cant make it stable..then have to add...avoid going more than 1.47v with stock cooler..as it gets very hot.
looking at your system..i notice your mobo is P945 chipset ler..IMO not really enough to handle the core2duo OCed....better change mobo first if you really wanna start.....get P35 if youre tight on budget
