my 1st time delay more than 1 month i consult doctor, doctor ask me got sex with guy bo, i say dun have, he gave me pregnancy test... zzzzzz...... den proved no pregnant, the doctor say there are usually few condition where ur period will delay, stress, new environment, the food u take, and the activity u do... some sort of... drink n eat less cold stuff, bad for girl, can delay the period yet bad for fallopian tube. correct me if i'm wrong.

delay 1 month and getting lighter is almost different thing.
delay, mean totally din come for around 2 months, starting from the last stop, 50%pregnant 50%not pregnant.
for getting lighter, 99% not pregnant, 1% pregnant. its juz hormones change.
but both shud consult doctor if they doubt of it.
