Hi,
Already 5 months gym... but still not yet take any supplements... Can I ask what should I take ? what brand ? protein ? gain weight ? My target is wanna bulk sumore...and get a nice muscle shape...
Please give some advice. Thank you

hey guys, want to ask some question, currently i'm taking mass gainer, beside supplement, still need to take others vitamin or others food ? what should i eat or drink ? now every day only drink half scoop of the supplement for 1 day 1 time. targeting bulk... 1 week 2 or 3 times for gym.
any suggestion ?
