Hi guys, yesterday just bought nitrotech but I found out the air sealed is not glue. Is it apply to other muscletech products as well? Need advise. Thanks!

Guys, I need some opinions from you guys.
Is my height n weight good enough currently? Weight: 61kg Height: 168cm Should I still need to gain more or maintain? Weight gainer or whey protein? My best choice for: Weight gainer: Serious Mass Whey Protein: ON 100% Whey Protein Thanks a lot! |

Just bought Myofusion Hydro cookies & cream today.
Taste is way too awesome, but a lil sweet for me though. Any recommendation for a better blend? Like mix with other ingredients? Thank you  |

Or anything that I can do to reduce protein fart other than ginger drink? |
