I have 2 question here and i hope someone could've help. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to go for muscle building and gain weight. So according to the protein intake i want to achieve 70 kg so its 70*0.4535924=31.51g of protein per day?

Also, should i take weight gainer or just whey protein as supplement with proper meals? I heard whey protein is used to cut down weight? Confusing now....

I see. So its 152g daily i needed to achieve my target. How about the second question? Should i take whey or weight gainer?
