guys what supplements would u recommend a newbie a take? im 168cm, 70kg abit overweight, having a stubborn tummy, im still using fat burner, going to switch to lipo6 black. once i hav my gym membership kick started i would hit the gym rather frequent than i used to be. hopefully i'll drop the tummy n get fit.
so u c im short, i dont wanna look bulky. is whey suitable for me?
