im 16 this year.. height 170 cm .. weight 53 kg.. what protein should i take to have bigger muscles? workout thrice a week . thanks

hahaha .just a chicken or two a day good enough ? should i take any whey protein or smth like that?

try not to depend on supplementation too much at your age. You're still very young and you have a lot of room to grow before the need for supplementation.
As the word meant, supplementation, is to supplement what you're lacking, not to replace.
